Jim assists in the oversight of major construction projects, from planning and scoping through acting as master carpenter. His attention to detail and ability to solve complicated problems has made him a versatile asset of the Oxford family of companies.
With over 25 years of experience, Jim’s accomplishments as a licensed architect, licensed builder, and master carpenter are numerous. His projects include the ground up building of Kenny Rogers Roasters, Ann Arbor, MI; On the Border, Novi, MI; and the Dexter Methodist Church, Dexter, MI. He has also overseen the build outs of Kerrytown Clarion Enclosure, Ann Arbor, MI; Victoria Secret, Somerset Collection North, Troy, MI; Lenscrafters, Briarwood Mall, Ann Arbor, MI; Restoration Hardware, Somerset Collection, Troy, MI; M-Den, Briarwood Mall, Ann Arbor, MI; and the Discovery Channel Store, Briarwood Mall, Ann Arbor, MI.
