Bill has over twenty years’ experience in commercial and residential building maintenance, including six years in new construction and renovation. Bill’s professional education consists of over 100 community college credit hours in building maintenance, earning him a certificate in Commercial Property Maintenance Technology. He has received 21 hours of LEED training (Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design) in Operations and Maintenance, and he is a member of the Detroit-area LEED chapter.
