Scott has over 25 years of commercial and multi-family residential property management experience. Nine of those years have been in commercial and residential remodeling as well as new construction work. He is a long- standing member of the International Facility Managers Association and the National Fire Protection Association. Scott holds certificates in Indoor Air Quality; Class 4 Refrigerant Transition and Recovery; and Greenlight (energy-efficient lighting systems). He also has specialized training in air conditioning, supercooling and economizing systems, telecommunications, and telephone-switch administration.
